Pat’s professional achievements include accomplishing $50 million in settled sales within his first 2 years in the industry, being a Platinum Award winner for 2017-2019, being recognised as of the top 5 agents for South and East franchises and number one for Harcourts Manukau for the 2017-2018 year. His success has not stopped there, following being recognised as the top agent for the country under a boutique brand Arizto. Before stepping into the real estate industry, Pat had 2 years experience in a managerial role in hospitality, and spent 2 years working under the Ministry of Social Services. These experiences honed his leadership skills, and he was able to challenge himself to take charge and make improvements to marketing methods to improve financial growth - all skills which he now brings with him to the property market. Adaptable, outgoing and caring, Pat finds it easy to communicate with a multicultural audience. His amicable nature has helped him build lifelong relationships with many locals, and he is an active member of the community within church groups and various other clubs. Pat prides himself on being genuine and transparent, and, having had personal experience both selling and buying, he understands that the process can be challenging and stressful.
